In this case, the Operator stops processing personal data provided for receiving advertising and/or informational mailings, and the personal data must be destroyed unless there are other legal grounds for processing established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The term of this consent to personal data processing begins from the moment it is provided to the Operator and ends upon achievement of the purposes of personal data processing, upon receipt of withdrawal of consent to personal data processing, or upon exclusion of the Operator from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs.
